Welcome to the USS Carthage

THIS SIMULATION IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST.

This is the USS Carthage (NCC-60310). The grand old lady of Starfleet. The Excelsior class has now been in service for over 100 years and I am proud to have been given the opportunity to continue the Excelsior's fantastic tradition of exploration as one of the most enduring images of the United Federation of Planets.

So far the Carthage has smashed a Ferengi sect, rescued diplomats and her crew have been captured, tortured and have even travelled in time. If this sounds like your kind of nonsense then we're definitely the vessel for you.

My name is Captain Martin Cathcart, CO of the Carthage & I would be delighted to welcome you on board. If you have any questions about ship then don't hesitate to email us at usscarthage@googlemail.com.

NEW MISSION & AWARDS

Category: Simm Announcement

Hello, all.

As you'll no doubt be able to tell, we have now completed "Protect & Survive" and are moving straight onto our new mission "Blackout" immediately. I will be starting posts with you all over the next couple of hours to establish where you are and what you'll be doing.

In a departure from how we normally do it, due to this mission being a little shorter but also a tad complex, I have posted the mission outline in the "Mission Notes" section of the site. This can either be accessed from your toolbox or by clicking "Show/Hide" at the top of any joint post. I need you all to read these thoroughly before posting.

As it's the end of the month there's also awards to be thinking about too so make sure you get your nominations into us ASAP.

Sincerely,
Captain Martin Cathcart
